2024 DURUM & GRAINS FORUMS

Mark your calendars for the 2024 SADGA Durum & Grains Forums
In 2024 we are presenting the findings of research and grains information at our Forum in two prominent durum grower locations.

March 6th: Balaklava Footy Club register  < here >

The full program is now ready to view, and you can expect the usual depth and detail of research and results from projects conducted within the durum growing regions of South Australia, Mid North and West Wimmera.

Keep an eye on your emails and the website for updates,  programs and registration links due out February 2024.  If you see an email in your inbox you are part of the SADGA network either through a membership or though an interaction, catch up, meeting or event. If you haven’t seen an email check your junk mail folder.

To all non members a cost to attend will be $55 (inc) per person. Cheaper for you to buy a membership (just saying!).

How much, you might ask? For $110 (inc) you can nominate up to 3 (THREE) people under your business name to be registered as members of SADGA.  Members are privileged to receive exclusive entry to all SADGA events. Mid North Cropwalk

Successful day spent in crop and in sheds on Sept 7th for the 2022 SADGA SA Mid North Cropwalks & Machinery Inspections from 9:00 am Program and map.

The full program commenced on Gomersal Road, Shea-Oak Log at 9 am, see map for  locations and program for directions.
The weather was inclement at times but we were able to complete the program as arranged.

  • Nufarm Dropzone and Mini Spray Application Workshop
  • then onto Emmett’s for a complimentary Coffee and cake and a workshop visit to view the New X9 and Flex Drapers
  • Cropwalk at the GRDC NVT off Stone Road
  • While on Stone Road we drop into Josh Krieg’s to see his Seed Terminator
  • Then onto AGT Breeding Centre to see the irrigated varieties
    Lunch is generously supplied by AGT at 12:30 pm
