The SADGA team with the generous support of San Remo and The Waite are changing the 2020 Forum format to take the form of 2 Buses, 2 Tours, 1 Forum after lunch and 2 course Dinner with guest speaker.
One bus will leave Clare, the other from Nhill to come together in Adelaide to tour both the San Remo Milling Facility, a rare opportunity to see and understand the process of turning durum into high quality pasta and the Waite Campus, where you will see robotics at work in the plant accelerator, and the state-of-the- art lab, Hugh Wallwork’s famous terraces and his glass houses where Hugh does all his crossings. After that, we convene the Forum in the Charles Hawker Conference Centre where you’ll hear all the durum information you need to know including varieties, markets, chemical and trial results. We finish the day around 6:00 pm with a complimentary two course meal at Beltana Cafe at the Waite and special guest dinner speaker. Then it’s back on the bus for the trip home to Clare and Nhill.
If you are keen to attend the tour and hop on the bus, reserve your seat today!
